Returns & Exchanges

At Wrappiness Gifts, we want you to be delighted with every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with the provided return form included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
